Local Rules & Info
Daily Play
Penalty Areas – Identified by red or yellow stakes/lines as marked on course. Proceed under the applicable relief option; when in doubt, take lateral relief with a one‑stroke penalty.
Out of Bounds (OB) – White stakes, property perimeter fencing, and clearly posted maintenance/service roads are OB. Stroke‑and‑distance applies.
Abnormal Course Conditions (Free Relief) – Cart paths, ground under repair (GUR), newly sodded areas, and clearly marked maintenance areas: take nearest point of complete relief, no penalty.
Immovable Obstructions – Sprinkler heads, yardage plates, fixed signage, and distance markers: free relief if they interfere with stance or swing (not line of play unless within 2 club‑lengths of the green and ball within 2 club‑lengths of the obstruction).
Staked/Young Trees – Free relief if the tree or staking interferes with stance or swing. Drop at nearest point of complete relief, no penalty.
Native & Environmentally Sensitive Areas – Treat as penalty areas unless otherwise posted. Do not entercordoned or protected habitat.
Bunkers – Rake smooth after play and place rakes outside the bunker.
Carts – Stay on paths near tees/greens and where posted. Follow all directional signs; respect roped areas and wet‑weather restrictions.
